  Teachers Class Mentoring Sessions for Yoga Teachers This class is open only to teachers or those training to become teachers, as there will be the assumption of anatomy, physiology and familiarity with Yogic language and practices. They are designed to extend your own practice, which is sometimes sacrificed when you are teaching many classes, as well as improve your teaching skill sets.  Each class is recognised as continuing professional development/teacher training hours by Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance.
